About Our Food, Menus & Legacy
When you browse our menus, you will notice we treat a boardroom lunch differently than a festive party. We keep the office staples clean and efficient, focusing on the quality of our signature Dal Makhni and seasonal vegetables, whereas our executive gala setups introduce live counters like wood-fired pizza to break the ice. My family's journey started in 1965 when Gurgaon was a different place. Ram Saran Narang, our founder, set a standard for taste that we have maintained for over six decades. We are not a generic catering agency, we are a family of food professionals who know the city, its venues, and exactly how to feed its people.
How We Structure Our Menus
Office Buffets (₹350 – ₹450 per person) This is designed for efficiency. We focus on getting the classics right: a reliable Paneer dish, a slow-cooked Dal, and crisp breads. It is meant to keep your team energized without the heaviness of typical banquet food. The service is straightforward, using clean stainless steel setups that fit into any office canteen or breakout area.
Festive & Party Buffets (₹500 – ₹650 per person) When the occasion calls for a celebration, we upgrade the experience. You get pass-around snacks like Thai Cigar Rolls or Kebabs, plus premium serving ware. This tier is popular for team farewells and anniversary celebrations where the presentation needs to feel special.
Executive Galas & Live Stations (₹700 – ₹950 per person) For high-stakes events, we go interactive. My team sets up live cooking counters, allowing guests to watch their pasta or chaat being made fresh. This creates a focal point at your event, turning lunch or dinner into a social experience. Whether you want a grazing table with artisanal dips or a live tandoor for fresh rotis, we tailor the setup to your specific venue.
We operate strictly within Gurgaon. Because we are based here, we don't deal with the logistical overheads that cause delays elsewhere. We handle the setup, the uniformed staff, and the cleanup, so you can focus on your guests. If you have a specific theme or a dietary restriction, just let me know. We have been adapting our menu to the changing tastes of Gurgaon since before the modern skyline existed.
