About Student Work Showcase
Each design you see here started as a basic theory lesson in our classroom. It is not just about the final look, but the brush control, product chemistry, and shaping techniques we drill into every student. When I look at these, I see the result of hours of practice on real hands, not just dummy tips, to ensure our students are salon-ready from day one.
This gallery is a snapshot of the progression our students go through. We start with the fundamentals, focusing on nail anatomy and proper prep, because without a strong foundation, even the prettiest art will chip or lift.
Inside our classrooms, you will find students mastering a wide variety of techniques:
- Fine Line & Floral Art: Using specific brush angles to create delicate, hand-painted details.
- 3D & 4D Sculpting: Building character and texture, which requires learning how to manipulate acrylic and gel consistencies correctly.
- Ombre & Texture: Mastering blending and application to create seamless gradients and abstract designs.
- Complex Sets: Learning to balance elaborate designs like bridal work or thematic sets without compromising on structure.
My goal with these projects is to move students beyond copying photos they see online. I teach them to understand the 'why' behind the technique. Whether it is a simple French tip or a heavy 3D bridal set, every student learns to handle products, manage their timing, and consult with clients professionally. By the time they complete their course, they have a portfolio of their own work, built during class, which helps them secure those first jobs in top salons.
