About Custom Lash Extensions
I don't just glue on extensions. Every session starts with a deep clean—a proper lash bath and priming—to ensure the adhesive bond is strong and your natural lashes stay healthy. I spend 90 to 120 minutes mapping out your eyes to find the right style, whether it’s a winged Cat-Eye to lift your gaze or a Doll Eye to open it up.
My Approach to Lashes
Getting lashes done is an investment, so I make sure you get the maximum value and retention. I don't believe in one-size-fits-all. When you come into my Civil Lines studio, we start with a consultation to check your natural lash health. Then, we choose the right technique:
- Classic: Perfect for a natural, everyday look.
- Hybrid: A mix of classic and fans for a bit more texture.
- Volume: Fluffy, dense lashes for when you want to make a statement.
The Process
My lash application is a technical process. I use medical-grade adhesive, and I always finish with nano-misting to speed up the curing process. You'll be resting comfortably on my recliner chair while I isolate each of your natural lashes to bond the extension properly. Because I use single-use wooden spatulas and maintain a super hygienic environment, you don't need to stress about irritation or quality.
Why Custom Mapping Matters
Everyone's eye shape is unique. My signature style is 'Cat-Eye mapping'—placing longer lashes on the outer corners to give an elegant, lifted effect. If you have deep-set eyes or want a more open look, we might go with a 'Doll Eye' map instead.
Quick Tips for Retention
- Keep them dry: Avoid water and steam for the first 24 hours.
- Brushing: Use the spoolie brush I provide to keep them fluffy.
- No pulling: Your natural lashes grow and shed, so if you notice a gap after a few weeks, it's just time for a refill, not a reason to pull them out!
