Freeze-Dried Home Food for Students Abroad
Don't rely on processed food while studying abroad. Bring your favourite home-cooked meals to us, and we'll make them travel-ready in minutes.
If you are an international student, I offer four key services to make your life easier. You can buy my ready-to-eat packets, get your own food freeze-dried, have your rotis and theplas vacuum-packed, or use my international courier service for extra luggage.
Listen to these students share their experience. One explains how freeze-dried food tastes much better than the dehydrated food she used to have. Her sister adds that it's also much cheaper than buying Indian food abroad.
Are you traveling abroad for your studies? Don't worry about cooking. You can either bring your own food for me to freeze-dry or choose from my ready-made packets. Just add hot water, and your meal is ready in minutes.
There is nothing like "Maa ke haath ka khaana," and now you can have it even when you are in a different country. This video shows how I turn your mother's delicious paneer tikka masala into a travel-friendly meal.
About For Students Studying Abroad
Don't just pack dry snacks for your flight. Bring your home-cooked dal, sabzi, or curry to our Byculla shop, and we’ll freeze-dry it for you. Your meals will weigh just 200g-250g, stay fresh for 9 months without a fridge, and are ready in 5 minutes with just hot water. Please book your appointment at least 10 days before you fly so we can give your food the time it needs.
Freeze-drying isn't just about storage. It is about keeping the texture, nutrition, and flavour of your favourite meals intact. We use a 24-36 hour vacuum process to convert your fresh, home-cooked food into lightweight packs. Whether it is your mother's paneer tikka or simple dal, we ensure it tastes the same on the other side of the world.
We handle the practical side too. If you are a student, we know the stress of moving abroad. Along with freeze-drying, we offer industrial vacuum packing for your rotis, theplas, and parathas, which extends their life to 10 days at room temperature.
Need to send more than just food? We also manage international courier services for clothes, utensils, and masala packets from our Byculla unit. Remember, we need a minimum of 2kg per item for freeze-drying, and we require your food at least 10 days before your travel date. No preservatives, no MSG, just ghar ka swaad.
