Music is about more than just the sound. It is about the energy you bring to the floor. Here is a look at my style evolution, from soundcheck comfort to full-on stage madness.

Bringing the comic book vibes to life with this colorful, graphic-printed tracksuit. My style is all about having fun and not being afraid to stand out.

From soundcheck to showtime, style never skips a beat. A pre-show shot in a cool, relaxed outfit before the madness begins.

"Wear what you wanna wear. Do what you wanna do." A shot from my trip to Sri Lanka, rocking a unique, artistic outfit that reflects my personality.

Another angle of my Sri Lanka gig look. My fashion is a mix of street style and artistic expression, just like my music.

About Behind the Beat: My Style

My stage look is not just about fashion. When I am playing the darbuka or marching drums, I need clothes that move with me. I opt for breathable fabrics and gear that integrates my LED tech, so the lights and the rhythm are perfectly synced when I step into the crowd. Functionality always comes first so I can keep the energy high without restricted movement.

Style is an extension of my personality. Whether I am performing at a high-end corporate gala in Delhi NCR or a beach gig in Sri Lanka, what I wear needs to reflect the music I play. For my LED shows, I wear custom-designed costumes that house the wiring for my lit-up drums and masks, turning the performance into a visual spectacle.

My street-style approach is a nod to my roots. I often mix graphic prints and relaxed fits that allow me to jump, move, and interact with the crowd. I believe that if I look comfortable, the crowd feels comfortable too.

Behind every outfit is a process. During soundcheck, I stick to smart casuals or comfortable layers to move gear easily. Once the show starts, I transition into the full performance kit. This shift is part of the show, getting me into the right mindset to deliver that 'Bolytech' energy. If you are planning an event, think of the percussionist outfit as part of the decor. It should match the vibe, whether that is a formal corporate vibe or a high-energy festive night.

I am Mohsick. I ditched my coding job at HCL because the stage was calling, and I have never looked back. Whether I am playing at a corporate gala or a wild club night, I make sure the visual energy matches the beats.
