About Behind The Scenes & My Philosophy
Most people think a photoshoot is just about getting the perfect frame, but it’s actually about the mood. If your baby is having an off day, we don’t force a smile. We pause, we play, and we wait for that natural giggle—because real memories aren't manufactured, they're felt.
At Mint & Peach, I believe that technology might evolve, but a human connection can’t be automated. After photographing over 1800 babies in Mumbai, I’ve realized that the best photos aren't the ones where everyone is perfectly still. They’re the ones where the sibling is laughing, the parents are sharing a private joke, and the baby is just being themselves.
My all-women team and I follow one golden rule: the baby is the boss. Whether it’s a sitter session at our Cuffe Parade studio or a home photoshoot across Mumbai, we never rush. We plan our shoots around your baby’s rhythm—feeding times, nap times, and playtime. We’ve even built our own signature edit style that keeps colors bright, airy, and most importantly, true to life.
You’ll often see me sharing my process in my "If Your Baby Was My Baby" video series, where I break down how we handle everything from sibling rivalry to outfit changes. It’s not just about the final digital files; it’s about making the entire afternoon feel like a fun, low-stress memory for your family. We are proud to have been recognized with the KSP Award, but our biggest accomplishment remains the trust of the thousands of families who let us into their homes to capture their most chaotic, beautiful, and fleeting moments.
