Behind the Scenes with earlymoments photography
Get to know the mom behind the camera. I capture the real, chaotic, and beautiful family moments in Mumbai, one laugh at a time.
Just me, testing out some lighting effects before a client shoot. I love playing with light to create different moods. This simple, casual black and white portrait session was a great way to make sure everything was perfect.
A little reminder to always believe in yourself. This was from a solo portrait session, and it’s all about feeling confident and happy in your own skin. I bring this positive energy to my shoots to make everyone feel comfortable.
My life as a mom of two is anything but boring! This is just a fun reel that shows my playful side. I think being a mom helps me connect with families and understand that life with kids is a fun, chaotic adventure.
A little bit of self love, because I am my own favorite! It’s important to feel good about yourself, and I love to help my clients feel confident and beautiful in front of the camera.
Just having a little fun playing the piano. Being creative isn't just my job, it's a part of who I am. I love finding music and art in everyday moments, and I bring that passion to my photography.
About Behind the Lens
Most families worry about their kids not sitting still, but that is actually where the magic happens. I do not use stiff poses or studio lights that overwhelm little ones. Whether I am shooting at my Kurla studio or a local park, I keep sessions flexible enough for snack breaks, outfit changes, and the unpredictable, messy, beautiful moments that make your family yours.
I started earlymoments photography because I know how fast these early years fly by. When you book a session with me, you are not just getting a photographer; you are getting someone who understands the chaos of raising kids. I have two little ones of my own, so if your toddler decides to run in the opposite direction or needs a KitKat break right in the middle of a pose, I get it. We take a breath, have some fun, and get back to it.
My approach is split between my cozy studio in Kurla and outdoor locations across Mumbai. For indoor sessions, I use soft, natural setups that allow babies and toddlers to feel safe, not exposed under harsh lights. For outdoor shoots, we head to gardens or open spaces where the natural light makes everyone look great and kids can actually be kids.
I focus on the candid stuff: the diya lighting during a festive shoot, the sibling rivalry, the quiet newborn snuggles, and the maternity glow. You will not find overly edited, plastic-looking portraits here. You will get high-resolution images that actually look like your family, just with better lighting and a bit of professional polish. My goal is to capture those tiny newborn curls and toddler giggles as they are, so you have memories that feel like home years later.
