This slow-mixing process is the only way to get a deep, dark maroon stain that is safe for sensitive skin and matures naturally over two days.

The Art of the Stain
Your mehendi won't look dark immediately. After application, the paste starts as a bright orange and needs time to oxidize. My organic paste is formulated to deepen into a rich, dark maroon color over 48 hours. To help this process, I apply a lemon-sugar sealant once the design dries, which protects the lines and helps the color develop fully.
Practical Aftercare
