If you run for speed, your finishing suffers, and if you focus only on finishing, your speed will take longer to build. In my classes, we prioritize finishing above everything else. Once your technique is clean and your pressure control is right, the speed will come naturally as you practice. This is the first lesson every one of my students learns.
