From trending reels to high-energy Bollywood tracks, these are the routines where I just let the music take over. Dive into my solo groove sessions, straight from my dance home in Dwarka.

This performance to 'Aayi Nai' is all about high energy and powerful moves. As an instructor, I love to challenge myself with dynamic choreographies like this one.

Couldn't resist dancing to this banger 'Oh Mama Tetema' by Nora Fatehi. It's the kind of track that just makes you want to get up and groove.

I always wanted to choreograph something to the beautiful song 'Meri Jaan'. This piece is all about capturing the soul of the music through movement.

Joining the 'Morni' trend with this fun and energetic solo piece. I'm always inspired by the amazing choreographers in the industry.

This 'Malkin' song is a power anthem. This reel is my tribute to all the women chasing their dreams and building their own empires, just like I am with my studio.

The Mumbaikar in me got shaky after listening to this track. This 'Shaky Shaky' choreography is full of fire and perfect for anyone who loves to dance with attitude.

Sirra song, Sirra vibes. This choreography is all about high energy and sharp moves, inspired by some of my favorite dancers.

Lights, camera, and 'Aaye Haaye'. A quick solo performance to a trending track by Nora Fatehi that's full of sass and style.

I loved the choreography for 'Kahi Aag Lage' so much that I had to pick it up and shoot a quick reel. It's a classic song with a fiery new feel.

Caught in the act of just grooving and vibing. These candid moments are when I feel the most free, just moving to the music without a plan.

About My Solo Grooves

When I film these solo routines at my studio, I don't look for perfection. I look for the 'asli swaad' (real flavor) of the song. Each take is about capturing that specific energy—whether it's a sassy Bollywood beat or a graceful semi-classical movement—before I break it down for my students in our workshops.
