For awards nights, I work directly with your production team long before the guests arrive. We run through stage cues, award sequences, and walk-up music to ensure everything flows perfectly. My job is to handle the backstage coordination so you can relax and celebrate your winners.
When I host a gala or an awards night, I treat it like a live broadcast. Success is not just about what happens on stage, it is about what happens behind the scenes. Before the event, I review the script to ensure the pronunciation of every name is spot on, whether it is a CEO or a top-performing employee. I coordinate with your AV crew for the sound checks and light cues 90 minutes before the start, so there are no awkward silences or technical glitches. For panel discussions and luxury product launches, I dive into the subject matter beforehand, preparing questions that spark real conversation. My attire is always chosen to match the formality of your evening, keeping it elegant and camera-ready.
