Dapper Groom Portraits
The wedding spotlight often stays on the bride, but the groom deserves his moment too. Whether you are rocking a classic tuxedo or a heavy traditional sherwani, I ensure your style is captured with the right amount of swagger and soul.
A classic portrait of the groom looking sharp in his black tuxedo at the Noor Mahal Palace. The warm, ambient lighting creates a sophisticated and timeless look.
A stylish groom portrait taken at a destination wedding. The dark, moody interior and the groom's confident pose make for a very modern and cool shot.
Another angle from the same groom's portrait session, showing more of the luxurious hotel interior. I always make sure to get a variety of shots for the groom.
A creative black and white groom portrait with a bold graphic border. This artistic style is perfect for creating a standout image that feels like a magazine cover.
A collage of the groom getting ready, showing his expressions in the mirror. It captures the moments of reflection and anticipation before the main ceremony.
A relaxed black and white portrait of the groom, smiling candidly. This shot shows a more personal and approachable side, balancing the formal portraits.
A happy portrait of the groom in his elegant sherwani and velvet turban. The grand chandelier in the background adds to the festive and royal feel of the wedding.
About Dapper Groom Portraits
Groom photography is about more than standing straight and smiling. It is about that subtle confidence when you adjust your watch, the quiet anticipation while putting on your turban, or the relaxed smile before the baraat. I focus on those micro-moments because that is where your real personality comes through.
A wedding day is intense, and if you are the groom, you might feel the pressure of the stage, the crowd, and the constant attention. My approach is to make the portrait session feel like hanging out with a friend. We do not do stiff, mannequin-like poses. We walk around the venue, find the best light, and let you be yourself. Whether it is a moody shot in a luxury suite or a grand frame in front of a chandelier, the goal is to make you look as sharp as you feel.
I work with you to capture the details. We look at the fit of your blazer, the embroidery on your sherwani, and the accessories you spent weeks picking out. We use professional full-frame mirrorless gear and careful lighting to ensure the textures of your outfit really pop. If you are worried about feeling awkward in front of the camera, do not be. Most of my grooms tell me the portrait session ended up being their favorite part of the day because it was the only time they could just breathe and enjoy the moment. We can shoot anywhere in India, from a city hotel in Delhi to a heritage property in Orchha.
