Behind the Scenes of My Creative Makeup Process
Come hang out in the studio with me! Here is a little look into how I build my creative makeup concepts, from skin prep to the final details.
A little peek into a day in my studio. This video shows me working on an editorial look, from skin prep to the final touches, in a relaxed and collaborative environment.
About My Creative Process
I really believe that the best makeup looks happen when we are both comfortable and chatting. When you are in my chair, it is not just a one-way service; we work as a team to test textures and tweak the liner or shading in real-time until it feels like you.
Whether we are going for a sharp, graphic liner look for a portfolio shoot or a full-blown fantasy transformation, my creative process is all about the details. As a CIDESCO-certified artist, I do not take shortcuts with skin health. We always start with a proper skin analysis and prep, which is honestly the secret to making everything else, from rhinestones to body paint, actually stick and look good.
I love working in my Pune studio because it gives us the space to experiment. You will see me using airbrush techniques, mixing different colour palettes, and even testing out architectural hair shapes if the look calls for it. If you are ever worried about a specific trend, like a tricky foxtail liner or a heavy gothic look, do not be. I am always practicing and trying new things, so I am happy to guide you through what works best for your face shape and camera angles. Just bring your ideas, whether they are wild or simple, and let us make it happen.
