I don't believe in using heavy layers to mask your skin. When I work with acne-prone or textured skin, I focus on targeted color correction and HD layering that lets the skin breathe. For dusky skin tones, my goal is to enhance your natural warmth with the right highlights rather than trying to lighten the base, so you get a radiant glow without any grey cast.
My approach to your base
Real bridal skin is about texture management. Whether we are using HD or Airbrush makeup, the goal is 12-hour durability without the cakey finish that feels heavy under wedding lights.
Handling Texture and Acne If you have active acne or skin pitting, we don't just layer on more foundation. I use professional color-correcting palettes to neutralize redness and dark spots before applying a thin, high-pigment layer. This keeps the base breathable so you feel comfortable, not weighed down, by your makeup.
Celebrating Dusky Tones Too many artists get this wrong by using shades that are too light, resulting in an ashy finish.
