About Pre-Wedding Shoots
When we are shooting outdoors in Mumbai, I use a breathable, lightweight base that holds up under the sun. My approach is to keep things fresh, emphasizing your natural cheekbones and skin texture so you look like yourself in every candid shot, not like you are wearing a mask.
Pre-wedding shoots are different from wedding ceremonies. You are moving more, laughing, and playing with different outfits, often in direct sunlight. My goal is to capture a natural finish that looks beautiful on camera.
I focus on skin prep before anything else, hydrating your face so the makeup sits naturally. For these shoots, I steer clear of heavy contouring or thick layers. Instead, I use cream based products that blend into your skin, providing that lit from within glow that photographers love.
Whether we are shooting in a rustic, outdoor setting or a more controlled studio environment, I adjust the intensity of the colors to suit the light. We can go for a soft, flushed look or something slightly more defined if you are planning a bold outfit change. It is all about creating a cohesive look that aligns with the location and the mood of your photos.
