Understanding Your Dream Look
First thing I ask is, "Tula kasa look havay?" (What look do you want?). Some brides come with pegs and plans, some are totally blank - both are fine with me. My job is to get what makes you feel beautiful and confident, and then create that for your big day.
My Styling Approach
For me, bridal styling is about more than a neat saree drape. I see the whole picture - your outfit, jewelry weight, event vibe - and make sure everything looks balanced. If your set is heavy, I’ll keep the styling regal but not too loud. I want you to look like the best version of yourself, natural but with a bit of bridal glam. The look should last, feel comfy, and let you move around easily.
Saree Draping - Marathi to Modern
Nauvari saree is my favourite - it’s not just clothes, it’s Marathi shaan (pride). I’m trained in Peshwai, Brahmani, and Kashibai nauvari saree draping techniques. I also do South Indian and North Indian drapes, dhoti styles, and even lehenga-type drapes if you want something hatke (unique). I make sure every drape is tight, neat, and you can actually walk and dance.
Final Touches
I don’t just leave you after draping. I help with jewelry, Nath, Mundavalya, and make sure every piece sits just right. Hair styling? From classic buns to messy updos, with fresh gajra (flowers) if you like. Every detail matters for that complete traditional Maharashtrian bridal look.
