About Relaxing Hair Spa Therapy
It is not just about applying a mask and washing it off. When you come to my studio in Lajpat Nagar, we start with a proper analysis—checking your scalp health and hair porosity—to see if your hair needs hydration or heavy repair. Then comes the deep cleanse to strip away city grime. The real magic happens during the 15-20 minute head, neck, and shoulder massage; it is designed to release the tension you are carrying. By the time we finish the steam treatment and the final blow-dry, your hair feels soft, and your mind feels a lot lighter.
Why do I insist on a quick chat before we start? Because not all hair is the same. Some of you have damage from chemical treatments, while others have just been neglecting their hair care routine. My spa service is a reset button for your hair health.
What you get in every session:
- Scalp & Hair Analysis: I don't just guess. I check your hair strength first so we can choose between a hydrating or a repair mask.
- Deep Cleansing: I do two rounds of shampooing to ensure every bit of pollution and product buildup is gone.
- Professional Care: I use branded masks from Wella or L'Oreal Professional, ensuring the nutrients actually penetrate the hair shaft.
- The Massage: I do not believe in quick spa services. The 15-20 minute massage is the therapeutic part of the treatment. It improves blood circulation to the scalp, which is essential for long-term hair health.
- Steam Therapy: 10 to 15 minutes of steam ensures your cuticles are open and ready to absorb the treatment.
The honest truth:
This is a non-chemical service. It is perfect if you want soft, manageable hair for the next 3 to 4 washes, but do not expect it to change your hair texture permanently or straighten it like a Keratin treatment. It is a health treatment, not a styling shortcut. If you are feeling burnt out or your hair feels like straw, this is exactly what you need to recover.
