When I work on a traditional look, my focus goes beyond just the foundation. I make sure your hair is set with the right padding or jasmine flowers to match your Jada, and I personally assist with draping your silk saree, so you feel confident and comfortable throughout your entire ceremony.
My approach is to keep your skin glowing while ensuring the makeup stands up to heat and long ceremonies. For your engagement or wedding, I use long-wear products from brands like MAC, NARS, and Estee Lauder to create a sweat-resistant base that stays fresh from the first ritual to the final photo. I know that traditional South Indian looks are all about the details, which is why my package includes standard saree draping and hairstyle adjustments like blowouts or intricate bun styling. If you have fresh flowers for your hair, I will pin them securely so they stay in place while you move around. My goal is simple, I want you to look like yourself, just a little more polished and radiant. I always suggest we chat about your outfit and jewelry beforehand so we can balance the makeup perfectly with your look. Whether you want a soft, subtle style for a daytime function or something a bit more defined for an evening event, we will make sure you feel like a cutie.
