In my classes, we focus on understanding undertones and correct color theory, so the base looks radiant and natural without ever turning gray or ashy. Most beginners think makeup is just foundation lagao, compact lagao and done, but it is actually about understanding the skin’s real needs. When we work on dusky and deeper skin tones, the approach has to change completely. If you pick the wrong base, it will turn gray. If you use the wrong highlighter, it will look chalky.
