Essential Wedding & Reception Coverage
Team & Coverage
- Crew Structure: 4 member squad comprising 1 Lead Candid Photographer, 1 Traditional Photographer, 1 Candid Cinematographer, and 1 Traditional Videographer.
- Duration: Strict coverage of 6 hours per event (Total 12 hours split between Wedding and Reception).
- Equipment: Professional full frame cameras, fast prime lenses for portraits, and gimbal stabilization for video.
Deliverables
- Photography: 300 to 500 color corrected images (Candid and Rituals) plus raw data dump.
- Video: A 3 to 5 minute cinematic teaser and a 30 to 60 minute traditional film covering full rituals.
- Albums: 2 Premium Photobooks (12x15 or 12x18 inches) with matte or glossy finish, approx 40 to 50 sheets per album.
Terms & Requirements
- Data: Client to provide a 1TB Hard Disk for immediate raw data transfer.
- Travel: Travel and stay costs for venues outside Bangalore/Hyderabad are borne by the client.
- Payment Policy: 90 percent of payment is required 30 days prior to the event.

- Main Wedding & Reception: Full 4 to 5 member crew (Candid and Traditional) for the main event days.
- Aerial Shots: Drone coverage included for venue establishment and entry shots (subject to venue permissions and weather).

- Cinematic Film: A 15 to 25 minute color graded feature film combining footage from pre wedding, rituals, and reception.
- Social Media Edits: 2 to 3 short vertical reels (15 to 30 seconds) optimized for Instagram sharing.
- Albums: 3 Premium Photobooks (covers Pre wedding, Wedding, and Reception) with enhanced paper quality.
- Raw Data: Complete data dump provided on a client supplied 1TB to 2TB HDD.
Technical & Operational

I focus on candid wedding moments and cinematic wedding film style, so your photos and videos actually feel like your day - not a staged version of it. If you want the inside jokes, the happy tears, and the chaos of the baraat, that’s what I love to shoot.

From the first “Yes!” at your proposal to the last dance at your reception, I cover it all. Pre-wedding shoot ideas? I’m up for anything - outdoor, temple, or even something quirky indoors. I cover all the big and small events: Roka, Haldi, Mehandi, Sangeet, wedding, and reception. I don’t just stick to the main rituals, I look for those little moments you’ll want to remember.
Details Matter
I pay attention to the tiny things - your mehndi, the rings, the way your dupatta sits, or the way your friends laugh at the sangeet. I use creative angles, sometimes even drone shots, to make your photos and films look epic but still feel like you.

Hey, we’re Team Magic Moments. Camera in hand, we get to jump into the middle of your happiest days—weddings, haldi, maternity shoots, all of it. Over 500 stories, two cities, a bunch of awards… but what sticks with us is the goofy grins, the tears, the chaos, the hugs. We started out just wanting to catch those golden moments, and honestly, it still feels like magic every time.
