When your shot demands the raw punch and spectral quality that LEDs cannot replicate, you need equipment you can trust. I ensure every HMI and tungsten unit in my inventory is meticulously maintained and cable-ready, because a malfunctioning ballast on a high-speed shoot is not an option.
While LED technology has advanced, the physics of light remains constant. There is a distinct quality to the output of a true HMI or tungsten source that digital sensors respond to differently. My inventory is designed to serve these specific needs.

When you need to emulate high-intensity daylight or push light through heavy diffusion, HMI remains the gold standard. I stock a full range, from compact K5600 Jokerbugs for precision work to the massive Arri M40 Fresnels that define big-budget looks. Each unit comes with high-speed ballasts calibrated for flicker-free performance, so you can shoot at high frame rates without worrying about timing.

There is no substitute for the color rendition and skin-tone handling of tungsten. We keep our Fresnels and zip lights in pristine condition. For larger setups, my team rigs custom-built Wendy Lights, delivering massive, soft tungsten sources that are still unmatched for their natural quality.

This is not a drop-and-go rental service. We test every lamp, check every header cable, and verify ballast output before it leaves our facility.
