Being a lawyer isn't just about reading case files at a desk. It's about being on the ground, engaging with the legal fraternity, and understanding the pulse of the Supreme Court. Here is a glimpse into my professional life beyond the paperwork.

A candid moment during a discussion with fellow advocates at the Supreme Court. These informal conversations over coffee are often where the most insightful legal strategies are born.

Standing with my colleagues outside the Supreme Court. Advocacy is a profession for those who are here to fight for justice, not just for money. The focus should always be on learning, not on show.

A typical day in my life as an advocate is demanding and requires immense mental and physical fitness. Here is a glimpse of the constant motion and interaction during the SCBA elections.

A day in my life at the Supreme Court of India, attending the farewell function for Chief Justice of India, D.Y. Chandrachud. It was an honor to witness the legacy of such a legal icon.

A proud moment with Senior Advocate Kapil Sibal ji, the elected President of the Supreme Court Bar Association (SCBA) for 2024.

With my first senior, Shri Adish C. Aggarwala, the outgoing president of the SCBA. He was kind enough to visit me, and it was a moment of great respect for the guru who guided my rebellious spirit into courage.

Another photo with my respected senior, Shri Adish C. Aggarwala. His mentorship was foundational in my early days of advocacy.

With Pravin H. Parekh, a Senior Counsel and six-term President of the SCBA. Standing with such legal stalwarts is a constant source of inspiration.

About A Day in the Life: Court & Community

People often romanticize the legal profession based on movies, but the reality is constant movement—negotiating, meeting seniors, and navigating the corridors of power. Whether it is discussing strategy with a colleague over coffee or engaging with legal stalwarts at the Bar Association, my days are defined by active involvement. It is about building relationships that ultimately help me fight harder for your justice.

Advocacy is not a solitary profession. To effectively represent a client, one must be deeply embedded in the legal ecosystem. My day often spans from early morning filings to afternoon sessions at the Supreme Court Bar Association (SCBA). These are not just social events; they are critical spaces for exchanging knowledge, mentoring junior advocates, and understanding shifting judicial precedents.

Building a strong network of fellow advocates—like senior counsels and Bar Council members—allows me to stay updated on critical procedural changes before they become mainstream. When I engage with legends of the bar or participate in SCBA events, I am not just networking; I am absorbing years of wisdom that I eventually apply to your case strategy.

If you are hiring a lawyer, do not just look for a degree. Look for someone who is actively present in the field, understands the courtroom dynamics, and commands the respect of the bench and the bar. My active role in the community means I know how the system works from the inside, which is the specific edge I bring to your litigation. You need a lawyer who understands the pulse of the court, not just the text of the law.
