About Engagement & Roka Ceremonies
I always include a dedicated 15 to 20 minute couple portrait session with every Roka booking, just for the two of you, before the main event begins. It is the perfect chance to capture those quiet, romantic shots without the pressure of guests watching or the need to manage a crowd. We use this time to settle the nerves and get some genuinely relaxed photos that you will actually want to frame.
Engagement and Roka ceremonies are unique because they are the first time the families really come together. My goal is to capture the excitement of this day without turning it into a chore. You will find that I mix candid photography with traditional shots to ensure we don't miss the big moments like the ring exchange or the family blessings, while still getting those fun, spontaneous clicks of everyone laughing or dancing.

- No Stiff Posing: My style is all about movement and comfort. If you are having a fun tug-of-war with the cousins or just holding hands, that is when the best photos happen. We keep the vibe light so you feel like yourselves.

- Coverage That Matters: A standard Roka shoot with me covers about 5 to 6 hours. This is enough time to get the getting-ready shots, the ceremony itself, and the fun party vibes afterward without feeling like we are constantly in your face.
