Elegant Floral Tablescapes and Dining Decor
I design dining experiences where flowers are as memorable as the food. From lush table runners to striking centerpieces, let's create a beautiful, sensory atmosphere for your next dinner party.
The brief for this event was a "London theme evening," so I went with a dramatic, monochromatic red tablescape. The dense floral runner, accented with custom candles, created a bold and sophisticated atmosphere for the dinner party.
This floral runner for a dining table features the fancy Vanda Orchid, imported from Holland. I paired its deep purple hues with white hydrangeas and lilac roses to create a design that is both opulent and romantic.
A long, autumnal flower runner designed to dress a dining table for the festive season. The warm tones of orange, red, and yellow create a cozy and inviting atmosphere as the days get shorter and the lights start to twinkle.
This wispy and gentle table runner in soft pastel shades was on its way to a client. The design uses light, airy flowers like hydrangeas and roses to create a delicate and romantic feel for a dinner table.
Here you can see my team putting the finishing touches on a flower runner dotted with white candles. This design combines soft purples and pinks with the warm glow of candlelight to create an intimate dining setting.
A good hostess knows the power of great flowers. This all-red table runner is pure drama and passion, designed to create an unforgettable dining experience filled with warmth and hospitality.
This whimsical and fiery orange tablescape feels like a garden party. I combined oranges, berries, and protea with flickering candles to create a look that is both dainty and disco.
A close-up of my monochromatic orange tablescape. I love incorporating non-floral elements, so I added whole oranges, dried citrus slices, and cinnamon sticks for texture and a beautiful, spicy fragrance.
For this Diwali tablescape, I paired scarlet and burgundy flowers with pomegranates and crystal candelabras. The result is a rich, festive look that feels both traditional and incredibly luxurious.
This riotous yet romantic arrangement was designed for a host who wanted to express radiating love. The mix of pastels, brights, and candles on a black marble table creates a stunning pop of luxury for any event.
About Elegant Tablescapes & Dining Decor
When I style your table, I do not just place flowers and leave. We integrate candles, fruits, and textures right into the arrangement to set a mood that lasts through the meal. Think of it as a living, fragrant centerpiece rather than a static bouquet. Because we use water tubes for delicate stems, you can enjoy these blooms long after the last guest has left.
Whether you are hosting an intimate dinner in Gurgaon or a large festive banquet in Delhi, the table is the heart of your gathering. My approach to dining decor moves away from stiff, uniform bouquets. Instead, I focus on floral couture, creating arrangements that cascade, twist, and breathe.
My Signature Style
I rely on high-grade imported blooms like Dutch Hydrangeas, Kenyan Roses, and Vanda Orchids to build depth. However, I love the unexpected. You might find whole lemons, dried citrus, Ilex berries, or even cinnamon sticks woven into a runner. This is my take on beautiful chaos, mixing the luxury of imported flowers with textures that feel organic and real.
How We Build Your Table
For a standard dining table, I typically design a central running arrangement of 4 to 5 feet, or a cluster of three distinct centerpieces. This creates a balanced visual anchor without blocking the view across the table. I also incorporate candles, including taper candles in holders and votives, to provide that soft, ambient lighting essential for a great dinner party.
Customizing for Your Event
- Diwali & Festive: We lean into rich marigolds, lotus buds, and brass elements for warmth.
- Summer/Outdoor: We utilize lemon and lime themes with oncidium orchids for a fresh, Italian-inspired vibe.
- Evening Soirées: We shift to deep, dramatic palettes with dark berries and velvet textures for a sophisticated mood.
The best part is that everything is styled on-site. We handle the rental of premium vases, coordinate the lighting, and ensure the flowers are hydrated and fresh. You focus on the menu, and I will take care of the sensory details.
Kusum Flowers
Hi, I'm Kusum. I believe flowers should tell a story, especially at the dinner table. My style is a blend of London-trained precision and a love for wild, imperfect beauty. If you want dining decor that feels alive and curated just for your space, we should talk.
