About Fun for the Whole Family
When you book our 14-inch project, you can work on it together. This means two people can share the tufting gun and design process, making it a truly collaborative effort that results in one unique, handmade rug to take home as a memory of your day.
Tufting is one of those hobbies that looks tricky but is actually super chill once you get the hang of it. We love hosting families because it shifts the focus from 'who is doing it best' to just enjoying the noise and the rhythm of the tufting gun.
What to expect at the session:
- The Setup: Our studio in Langford Town is just 5 minutes from MG Road Metro. It is cozy, colorful, and set up for you to make a mess without worrying about the cleanup.
- The Process: You get a crash course on gun safety and threading. Even if you've never held a tufting gun, you'll be creating patterns in no time. We provide all the materials—monk's cloth, frames, and unlimited access to our yarn wall.
- The Age Rule: This workshop is designed for those aged 15 and above. It is a fantastic choice for parents and teens or siblings looking for a shared weekend activity that isn't just another dinner or movie.
Since we only take 5 members in each slot, you get plenty of personal attention. If you want to create something specific—like initials, abstract shapes, or simple characters—we are there to help you carve and finish it so it looks clean and ready for your floor or wall.
