I started Knots and Woods as a way to bring a bit of warmth and personality into everyday spaces. Balancing my day job and macrame isn’t always easy, but honestly, seeing my handmade pieces light up your homes keeps me going. Each knot is done by hand, using 100% pure cotton cord, so you get something that’s not just pretty but also eco-friendly.

I use only high-quality, sustainable cotton and, for wall hangings, natural driftwood. Each piece takes time - usually about 25-30 days to make and ship since it’s all handmade by me.

My Story
Hey, I’m Zalak. Started Knots and Woods in 2020, right in the middle of COVID madness. My mom’s my main cheerleader, honestly couldn’t have done this without her. Made some cool friends online, too. Life’s a bit wild now – juggling my job, this biz, and wedding planning (yep, it’s a lot). Taking a breather but not disappearing! Thanks for sticking around and making this dream real.
