Anand Karaj and Gurudwara Floral Decoration
I create peaceful, respectful floral arrangements for Anand Karaj and sacred ceremonies. From traditional Palki Sahib designs to serene entrance pathways, every detail is handled with care.
For this Anand Karaj ceremony at the Gurudwara, I designed a vibrant and full floral arch. The structure is covered in a mix of colorful blooms, including bright sunflowers, pink roses, and purple statice, creating a blessed and beautiful setting for the couple.
This Anand Karaj setup shows a more classic and serene approach. I used strings of fragrant white jasmine, or mogra, to drape the palki sahib, complemented by arrangements of white roses and lilies. It creates a peaceful and pure atmosphere for the sacred ceremony.
This video shows my team giving the final touches to the white floral palki sahib decoration. You can see the detail in the hanging jasmine garlands and the careful placement of the white rose bouquets.
The entrance to the Gurudwara was decorated to welcome guests with grace. I lined the entire staircase and walkway with lush arrangements of classic white flowers, creating an elegant and respectful path for the wedding ceremony.
About Anand Karaj & Sacred Ceremonies
For these ceremonies, I focus heavily on flower freshness and durability. I use tightly woven jasmine (mogra) and tuberoses that stay fragrant and firm throughout the entire morning ceremony. If you have specific Gurudwara guidelines regarding colors or floral types, let me know, and I will adjust the setup to follow them perfectly.
When planning decor for an Anand Karaj or a Gurudwara ceremony, the goal is peace and reverence. I have spent over three decades understanding how to balance visual beauty with religious decorum.
For the Palki Sahib, I prioritize fresh, fragrant flowers like Tuberose (Rajnigandha) and white roses. These are not just aesthetic choices; they contribute to the serene atmosphere. I ensure the structural frames are sturdy, and the floral work is tight so that everything remains pristine from the early morning start until the ceremony concludes.
I understand that different Gurudwaras in Gurgaon and the NCR region have specific guidelines about what is permissible. Whether you need a subtle floral arch or an elegant walkway for the entrance, I work within these constraints. My team is well-versed in the timing required for these ceremonies, typically setting up in the early hours to ensure we are out of the way before the first guests arrive.
If you are looking for something specific, like using a particular color theme or coordinating with the Gurudwara's existing architecture, tell me your requirements. I focus on clean, respectful designs that celebrate the occasion without being loud or over-the-top.
