About The Gig Guide: Where I Bring The Vibe
People ask if I only do clubs. Nah, I’ve taken my decks everywhere from packed underground spots like Auro and Social to massive festivals in the Northeast. When I show up, I’m bringing the full package, from my MacBook Pro and Pioneer console to the mic control needed to actually run the room. You aren’t just getting a playlist, you are getting an MC who knows how to hold a crowd from the first drop to the final exit.
I started spinning in 2002 when Delhi’s nightlife was all Bollywood and House. There was no hip-hop scene, so I built one. Over two decades later, my approach remains the same: I read the room, drop original rhymes, and keep the energy high whether it is a small private party or a packed Wednesday night residency.
The Setup
I don't just show up and plug in. I bring professional-grade gear including my Sennheiser HD25 headphones, a Pioneer DDJ controller, and my own wireless Shure mic for when I need to jump on the track. If you are hiring me, expect a seamless 4-to-5 hour set that moves from old school boom bap to modern trap, desi rap, and r&b grooves.
Where I Thrive
My gig history spans the city's most respected venues like Hauz Khas Social, The Record Room, and Summer House Cafe. I’ve held residencies at these spots because venue owners know I bring a loyal crowd and keep the vibe consistent. I also travel for festivals and destination parties across India, bringing that same authentic Delhi hip-hop energy.
What I Need From You
To make the sound hit right, I need a decent PA system with subwoofers and a stable power supply. I need a 4ft by 2ft table, and I will be there 60 minutes before start time for a sound check. If you want a DJ who acts as a host and a performer rather than just a button pusher, let's talk.
