Legal Representation Across India's High Courts
From District Courts to the Supreme Court, I handle cases wherever justice demands my presence. Here is a look at my work across various jurisdictions.
Inside the Supreme Court of India. It is essential to put your feet in the right place and then stand firm for justice. This is the highest court of the land, and appearing here is a privilege I take very seriously.
A moment of reflection at the Supreme Court. Success is not final and failure is not fatal. It is the courage to continue that counts, and I bring that courage to every case.
On the steps of the Supreme Court. My motto is simple but powerful: Zid zaroori hai jeetne ke liye. Stubbornness is necessary for victory.
Descending the iconic steps of the Supreme Court. I am inspired by Ruth Bader Ginsburg's words to leave tracks and make the world a little better. That is the goal of my legal practice.
At the Allahabad High Court. I believe in doing the work with faith and dedication, trusting that the outcome will be what you strive for.
With a colleague at the Bombay High Court after successfully filing a First Appeal. We ensure our clients are always the first priority, keeping them 'Pratham' at Nyaypratham.
A determined stance outside the historic Bombay High Court. As Charles Dickens wrote, "Law without justice is a wound without a cure," a principle that guides my work.
With colleagues outside the High Court of Bombay at Goa. This is the kind of professional vibe that drives our success.
With a colleague at the Supreme Court. Our flight is unknown to the world; we are not the ones who are defeated by the sky.
Always striving to be the hardest worker in the room, as this picture at the Supreme Court reflects. Humility and hunger drive my practice forward.
About Our Presence Across India's Courts
Litigation often requires being on the move, and my practice is not confined to one city because justice is not either. Whether I am filing a First Appeal at the Bombay High Court or arguing before the Supreme Court in Delhi, I travel where the case takes me. Understanding the nuances of different court registries and procedural rules is just as critical as the legal arguments themselves.
The complexity of the Indian legal system means that knowing the law is only half the battle. You also need to know the court. Every High Court, from Allahabad to Mumbai, has its own procedural rhythm, filing quirks, and registry practices. My work involves navigating these variations daily to ensure that my client's case proceeds without unnecessary delays.
When we represent clients in the Supreme Court, the work shifts from local advocacy to strategic coordination with Advocates-on-Record (AORs) and mastering the intricacies of Special Leave Petitions (SLP). It is a different game, but the principles remain the same: Nyay, Nishtha, Dharma.
I treat every appearance—whether it is a routine bail hearing or a complex writ petition—with the same intensity. My team and I prioritize being present at the registry, monitoring cause lists, and ensuring that our filings are robust enough to withstand judicial scrutiny. If you are struggling with a case that spans multiple jurisdictions or involves the High Court or Supreme Court, it is important to have someone who has actually walked those corridors and argued on those benches. Zid zaroori hai jeetne ke liye, and that stubbornness is what I bring to every courtroom in the country.
