A grand entry needs space and planning. For a carriage or car entrance, ensure your venue entry path is at least six feet wide and clear of guests. We coordinate the fog machines and music to match the timing of the child's arrival.
You want the birthday child to feel like a star when they walk in. A standard walk-in works, but a theatrical entry keeps the kids talking long after the cake is cut. Whether it is an Elsa-style arrival with a white carriage and dry ice fog, or a cool mini-jeep drive-in with a mascot waiting, we handle the logistics.
We provide the carriage, the fog machine, and the staff to push the carriage safely. If you are doing this in a banquet hall, check with the venue manager about dry ice restrictions. We have worked in halls all over Mumbai and know how to clear the path.
Beyond the entrance, we offer mascots like Mickey, Minion, or Paw Patrol characters to greet the kids immediately after the grand arrival. These mascots are trained for photo ops and interactions, not verbal speeches, so they keep the flow of the party moving.
