At Jet Gems, our approach to coloured gemstones is simple: we let nature dictate the design. Operating from our studio on Turner Road in Bandra, we treat each emerald, ruby, and sapphire as an individual personality. We move away from mass-produced settings. Instead, we use 18KT gold to house our gems, ensuring the metal colour complements the stone. For an emerald, we might opt for a warmer gold tone to bring out the earthy green, while deep blue sapphires often find their match in white gold to heighten their icy, royal contrast. Every stone is held in place with micro-pavé or bezel settings, designed not just for aesthetics, but to keep the gem secure and maximize light reflection from every angle.
