- Prototyping: 3D CAD rendering of the design to verify proportions before casting.
Material Build
- Metal: 18KT Gold (Rose, Yellow, or White) with an average gross weight between 3g to 10g.
- Gemstones: Star/Melee Natural Diamonds (VVS/VS clarity, G-H color) that are lab-tested and CVD-free.
- Accents: Options for enamel work or semi-precious colored stones (rubies/sapphires).
Execution
- Setting: Micro-pave or bezel setting designed for a snag-free finish suitable for everyday use.
- Hardware: Double-lock mechanisms for bracelets or safety clasps for baby pins.
- Packaging: Signature wooden jewelry box with velvet lining and authenticity certificate.
Custom Solitaire & Cocktail Rings
Gemstone Sourcing
- Center Stone: Sourcing of Natural Diamonds (typically 0.50 ct to 1.50 ct) or precious gemstones.
- Certification: GIA or IGI certification provided with on-site testing to prove stones are Natural and CVD-free.
Ring Construction
- Metal: Solid 18KT White, Rose, or Yellow Gold mounting (average 4g - 8g).
- Side Stones: High-quality fancy cut diamonds (Baguettes, Pears, Marquise) for Halo or shank detailing.
- Styles: Execution of specific cuts (Emerald, Oval, Pear) in Halo, Hidden Halo, or Vintage settings.
Service & Aftercare
- Personalization: Laser engraving of names or dates inside the band.
- Fit: Precision sizing to the nearest half-size.
- Maintenance: One-time complimentary polishing and rhodium plating included within the first year.
Heirloom Redesign & Polki Sets
Craftsmanship
- Stones: Syndicate-grade Uncut Diamonds (Polki) or Flat-cut diamonds.
- Gold Work: 22KT Gold foils (Kundan) used for setting with an 18KT/22KT structural base.
- Artistry: Traditional Meenakari (Enamel work) applied to the reverse side of the elements.
Components & Embellishments
- Set Inclusions: Heavy neckpiece (Choker or Aadh styles) with matching heavy earrings (Jhumkas or Chandbalis).
- Drops: High-quality tumbled Emeralds, Rubies, or Basra-style Pearls used for stringing.
- Adjustability: Finished with a gold zari adjustable dori (thread).
Scope of Work
- Redesign: Capability to melt down old gold (subject to purity check) and reuse valid family gemstones.
