Striking Skills: Boxing & Kickboxing

I teach the fundamentals of striking, starting with a proper stance, footwork, and basic punches and kicks. We use pad work, bag drills, and partner exercises to build muscle memory and coordination in a controlled, safe environment.

Grappling Fundamentals: Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu

BJJ is the art of control. I teach kids how to use leverage and body positioning to manage situations on the ground, which is a core component of self-defense. We cover everything from basic positions and escapes to submissions, in both gi and no-gi formats.

Building Young Athletes: Fitness & Fun

Martial arts is about more than just fighting; it's about building a healthy, strong body. I incorporate dynamic exercises, agility drills, and foundational gymnastics into every class to improve overall athleticism and make fitness a lifelong habit.
