Essential Woodwork Package (2BHK)
Modular Kitchen
- Layout & Material: L-shaped or Parallel (approx. 10-12 ft) using BWP (Boiling Water Proof) plywood for wet areas with 1mm Gloss/Matte Laminate.
- Accessories: Stainless Steel wire basket drawers (Cutlery, Cup & Saucer, Thali), bottle pull-out, and standard soft-close hinges.
- Note: Tall units and appliance garages are not included.
Bedroom Storage
- Master Wardrobe: 7ft x 5ft swing-door unit with standard laminate finish, hanger rod, and shelves.
- Guest Wardrobe: 6ft x 4ft swing-door unit with standard laminate finish.
- Note: Lofts are not included in this tier.
Living & Foyer
- TV Unit: Minimalist wall-mounted floating console (approx. 5ft) with bottom drawers.

- Designer Kitchen: High Gloss Laminate or Scratch-resistant Acrylic finish. Includes soft-close Tandem boxes (silent runners) instead of wire baskets, plus wicker vegetable basket and grain trolley.
- Sliding Wardrobes: Floor-to-ceiling utilization (up to 9ft with lofts) using space-saving sliding mechanisms for both bedrooms.
- Washroom Vanities: Under-counter storage units for 2 bathrooms.
