Custom Pooja Unit Designs for Modern Homes
A prayer space should be the quietest corner in your home. We design pooja units that bring peace and functionality together, fitting perfectly into your floor plan.

About Serene Pooja Spaces
Most pooja units fail when they do not account for daily storage or lighting. We focus on integrating your prayer essentials into clean, modern designs that fit seamlessly into your living room, using features like soft LED cove lights and custom drawers for ritual items.
When we design a pooja space, our goal is to match your home's existing interior style while keeping the area sacred and easy to maintain. Many apartments in Bangalore have limited space, so we often suggest wall-mounted units that free up floor area without sacrificing the traditional look.
Why the right materials matter
We build our units using BWR (Boiling Water Resistant) plywood, which ensures the structure lasts through years of cleaning and usage. For the finish, we use high-gloss laminates or marble-finish sheets to make the unit stand out. We also incorporate:
- Lighting: We avoid harsh spotlights. Instead, we use backlit panels or profile LED strips to create a soft, warm glow that highlights your idols.
- Storage: We design drawers specifically for your diya oil, incense sticks and prayer books so your space stays clutter-free.
- Visual Appeal: Our CNC-cut jali panels allow us to add intricate traditional patterns that contrast beautifully with modern white or wood-toned cabinetry.
The Design Process
Every project starts with a 3D visualization. We show you exactly how the unit will look in your specific corner before we cut a single piece of wood. Whether you want a compact shelf for a flat or a dedicated mandir room, we plan the wiring and plumbing requirements upfront to ensure a clean installation with no messy cables visible.
