About Event & Celebration Films
For larger corporate events or grand celebrations, I bring in a 2-person crew to ensure we get both the wide landscape shots and the raw, candid interactions. We use external audio recorders and lapel mics as a standard part of our setup, because capturing the natural ambient sound of the crowd is just as important as the visuals for a truly immersive highlight film.
My approach to event videography is built on the belief that a highlight film should feel alive. I do not want to hand you a static recording of what happened. I want to build a narrative that captures the vibe, the pace, and the specific energy of your day.
My Technical Approach
When covering events, I employ a run-and-gun style. This allows me to move freely, catching honest reactions and unscripted moments that often define the atmosphere. For larger events, I use a 2-person team: one main shooter to focus on the storytelling and a second angle to cover reactions and b-roll. My equipment includes 3-axis gimbals for smooth, cinematic movement, ensuring the footage looks stable and professional even in chaotic environments.
Quality and Editing
Each film undergoes professional color correction to ensure natural skin tones and a premium aesthetic. For corporate event highlights, I focus on integrating pacing with trending audio or rhythmic edits to keep the viewer engaged. If I am shooting a brand story or a product launch, I dive deeper into concept creation and scripting to make sure the film aligns with your brand values.
