About Featured
I treat every project as a conversation, not just a job. Before I put pen to paper, we spend time brainstorming and sketching to make sure the ink, script style, and materials like vellum or wood slices actually reflect the mood of your celebration.
You won't find generic templates here. My approach is rooted in the idea that stationery should be a keepsake, not something discarded after the event. Whether I am hand-lettering place cards on rough wooden blocks for a brand activation or creating watercolor-washed bridesmaid proposal cards, I focus on the small details that make a piece feel human.
My Craft
- Materials: I work with 300 GSM cardstock, translucent vellum, acrylic, and wood. Each surface requires a different approach, and I love experimenting with them.
- Technique: My go-to tools are traditional pointed pens for Copperplate script, paired with high-quality inks like Dr. Ph. Martin's Iridescent Gold or Classic Sumi Black.
- The Magic Touches: I am obsessed with texture. You will often see me using wax seals, hand-torn deckle edges, or metallic foil. These aren't just decorations, they are the elements that turn a simple note into a physical memory.
Collaboration Process
Everything starts with a chat. If you have a theme, we will match the color palette and calligraphy style to it. If you have an inside joke for a bridesmaid card, we will find a way to script it playfully. I share my process and sketches along the way, keeping things transparent so there are no surprises when you receive the final product. If you have a specific vision, even if it is just a feeling, tell me, and we will translate that into ink.
