About Our Dance Community: Workshops & Rehearsals
We do not believe in stiff routines. Our workshops focus on helping you find your rhythm first, so even if you have never stepped on a dance floor before, you will feel comfortable in no time. We break down complex steps into simple, fun sequences, allowing you to focus on the music and the energy of the room rather than stressing over counting beats.
Learning at IMAD is not about being perfect; it is about being present. We call it 'masti' for a reason. Our studio environment is designed to be a judgment-free space where you can let loose, sweat it out, and make friends while you master your moves.
What You Can Expect
We cover a variety of styles, including Bollywood, Bollyhop, K-Pop, and traditional Garba. Our batches are divided by age and skill level, including dedicated sessions for kids, teens, and ladies. We focus on technique, but we never let it get in the way of the joy of dancing.
Our Process
We guide you from your first shaky step to performing under the lights at our annual showcase, 'Tarulya'. If you are attending a workshop, you will learn the same energy and confidence we teach our stage performers. We also encourage practicing in costume when preparing for events, so nothing feels new or awkward when you finally hit the stage.
