When you choose an indoor setting, you are opting for consistency and privacy. My approach to these shoots is to create a 'ghar wale' (at-home) environment where you can just be yourselves. Whether you want to curl up with a book, share a laugh, or just look at each other, the studio is where we make that happen without the distractions of the outside world.

Why choose an indoor shoot?

• Total Control: We don't have to worry about harsh midday sun or unpredictable weather. I use high-key lighting setups that mimic soft, natural daylight, keeping the skin tones looking real and fresh.
• Wardrobe Freedom: Since we are in the studio, you have easy access to changing rooms. You can easily switch between a casual look and something a bit more dressy without finding a public bathroom.
• No Rush: A 3-4 hour session means we have time to warm up. Most couples feel camera-shy in the first 30 minutes. By the second hour, the 'posed' look fades away and we get to the real stuff—the smiles that happen when you aren't trying.

The Process

Collaboration is key here. Before the shoot, we can chat about the vibe. Do you want something soft and romantic? Or perhaps a bit playful and modern? You bring the outfits, and I have the props—vintage cameras, books, mugs, blankets—ready to build that aesthetic. My role is to guide you, not to over-direct. I want to catch the way you lean into each other, not the way you stand for a catalogue shot.
