Yoga is more than just an exercise; it is a way of living. Explore the practice that builds discipline, calm, and real strength from within.

"Kya milta hai tumhe itna yog karke?" (What do you get from doing so much yoga?). The answer is a calm and steady mind, a state of being where you are not swayed by joy or sorrow. You come closer to the truth.

If you love your body, do asana. If you love your breath, do pranayama. If you love your soul, meditate. This is the essence of yoga, a journey of connecting with every layer of your being.

This is yoga. And this is also yoga. And this is yoga too. Whether you are in a quiet meditative pose, a challenging inversion, or a simple stretch, it is all part of the same path. Don't compare, just practice.

This is the visible transformation of yoga. Before, my posture on the couch was slumped, my mind distracted. After yoga, my spine is straight, my mind is calm and focused. This is the inner peace that practice brings.

Motivation is temporary, but discipline is what gets you on the mat every day. Motivation is scrolling on your phone, while discipline is doing the work. Choose discipline.

Practice yoga before you get sick. Afterwards, you will only be running to doctors. Prevention is the highest form of medicine, and yoga is the best preventive practice.

If you start feeling bad on the one day you don't do yoga, you know it has become an essential part of your life. It's a sign that your body and mind are truly connected to the practice.

Yoga can alter your life emotionally, spiritually, physically, and mentally. It helps you become the strongest version of yourself. Be fit to hit all the sixes of success in your life.

"Yogah Karmasu Kaushalam." This verse from the Bhagavad Gita means "Yoga is skill in action." Through practice, we bring more awareness, balance, and excellence to everything we do.

"Yoga Chitta Vritti Nirodha." This is the second sutra from Patanjali's Yoga Sutras, meaning "Yoga is the cessation of the fluctuations of the mind." This is the ultimate goal of our practice.
