When you choose a handmade card, you are choosing something that carries intention. I use 250-300 GSM high-quality cardstock as my base, which gives every piece a sturdy, premium feel that store-bought options just cannot match.
My process is simple but thorough. We start by discussing the recipient and the vibe—is it a fun birthday for a best friend, or a sentimental anniversary for your partner? I love adding interactive mechanics like spinner hearts, shaker windows filled with sequins, or slider tracks that make the card feel like a little toy. For something more elegant, I use techniques like heat embossing to add a raised, metallic shine to text and floral stamps, or watercolor washes to create depth.
Everything is made right here in my Bengaluru studio. Because I handle every step, including crafting the matching envelope by hand, you get a finished product that is consistent and thoughtful. I am always happy to incorporate personal touches, like printing a photo of yours or hand-lettering a specific message, to make the card a true keepsake rather than just a disposable greeting.
