European Themed Events: Positano and Victorian Styles
Creating a destination vibe requires more than just a color palette. We build immersive European-inspired worlds, from sun-drenched Italian piazzas to refined Victorian garden parties, right where you are.
A hand-painted Vespa scooter, overflowing with flowers, captures the playful spirit of a Positano summer. This was a key photo-op at a Mehendi, designed to be a joyful and artistic expression of the theme.
A pink bicycle with a basket full of vibrant lilies and hydrangeas. This charming detail from a Victorian-themed luncheon added a touch of whimsy and became a favorite spot for photos, blending vintage nostalgia with floral beauty.
An Aperol cart, framed with a garland of fresh lemons, instantly sets a cheerful, Italian summer mood. It's these specific, sensory details that make a theme feel authentic and immersive.
The grand entrance to the 'Victorian Luncheon'. A blush pink façade with elegant gates welcomed guests to the poolside event, establishing the soft, romantic, and slightly formal tone of the celebration.
A picnic-style setup from the Positano-themed Mehendi. The fountain is filled with flowers, and the bar fronts are covered in custom tile-print fabric, creating a scene that feels like a charming Italian piazza.
A tablescape from the Victorian luncheon. The setting features a lace-covered table, vintage photo frames, porcelain accents, and tiered stands with delicate flowers, creating a look that is elegant, detailed, and nostalgic.

About European Summers: Positano & Victorian Themes
It is not enough to simply use a color palette. For a Positano theme, we hand-paint Vespas and source authentic citrus crates, while a Victorian setting relies on custom architectural facades and lace-draped dining. Every object we place is chosen to anchor the visual narrative, ensuring the theme feels like a deliberate escape rather than a surface-level overlay.
When we design a European-inspired event, the goal is transportive. We treat the venue as a blank canvas and use structural set design to shift the perspective.
For our Positano-inspired Mehendi, held at the Fairmont Jaipur, we did not just use lemons as decor. We turned royal arches into Italian alleys, using custom signage, citrus-laden carts, and hand-painted Vespas to trick the eye. The scent, the visuals, and the textures work together to create a Mediterranean atmosphere in a desert city.
Similarly, our Victorian-themed luncheons, such as those produced at Salwa Beach Resort, rely on architectural layering. We construct blush pink facades, install lace-draped tables, and incorporate vintage frames to ground the event in a specific period aesthetic. These are not props found in a warehouse; they are elements specifically brought in or built to define the space.
Key elements we focus on for these themes:
- Architectural Facades: Building structures that replace the existing walls, allowing us to control the backdrop completely.
- Sensory Details: Using fresh lemons, bougainvillea, and vintage-style stationary to engage guests beyond just sight.
- Zoning: Dividing large venues into smaller, themed pockets like Italian plazas or English-style gardens to encourage movement and discovery.
Whether it is the bold, citrus-heavy palette of the Amalfi coast or the softer, pastel-driven elegance of the Victorian era, we focus on the authenticity of the materials. We do not hide the venue; we transform it into a backdrop that supports your chosen story.
