We don't just fill a living room; we build the heart of the home where grand scale meets intimacy. Explore our signature mix of oversized furniture and sculptural lighting, designed for how you actually live and host.
An expansive view of a complete entertainment lounge we designed for hosting and relaxation. This space features multiple seating zones with custom curved and channel-tufted sofas, a sculptural grid chandelier, and a dedicated bar area, all tied together with a palette of greys, blush, and rich burgundy.
This angle showcases the thoughtful layout of the entertainment lounge, designed for easy conversation. The arrangement includes multiple custom sofas and ottomans in grey velvet, a black marble coffee table, and a large, contemporary chandelier that defines the seating area.
A look at the integrated bar and lounge area, where a statement brass-clad bar with red velvet stools provides a vibrant focal point. The seating area features channel-tufted grey sofas under a sculptural chandelier, with a fluted wall panel adding texture and rhythm.
This perspective highlights the custom bar unit, featuring an arched, illuminated display for spirits and a hammered brass front. The design seamlessly connects the bar with the main lounge, which includes plush grey sofas and a unique marble-topped coffee table.
We designed these deep, channel-tufted sofas in a dark grey velvet to provide luxurious and comfortable seating. The geometric gold base adds a touch of our signature style, while the large grid chandelier creates a dramatic canopy overhead.
A closer view of the living area, focusing on the interplay of textures. A plush grey sofa with a patterned throw sits before a black marble coffee table, with a fluted side table and a textured wall panel with brass inlays completing the scene.
Natural light floods this modern living area through floor-to-ceiling windows, highlighting the soft, curved forms of the armchairs and coffee table. The sheer and heavy curtains provide options for light control while maintaining a sophisticated look.
In this entertainment corner, we used dramatic floor-to-ceiling grey curtains to create a cozy, cocoon-like effect. The custom-designed armchairs and uniquely shaped coffee table sit on a textured rug, making it a perfect spot for intimate conversations.
We designed this living room to seamlessly connect with the poolside deck, blurring the lines between indoors and out. The space is defined by symmetry and scale, featuring a statement marble wall, plush velvet sofas, and pops of royal blue for a touch of vibrancy.

About Grand Living & Entertainment Spaces
Most of our living room projects involve rethinking the layout to actually make them social. Whether it is breaking down walls to merge a family lounge or bringing in a 12-foot curvilinear sofa that anchors the entire room, we design these spaces to be interactive. It is not just about the visuals; it is about how you move through the room when you are hosting a full house.
When we step into a project, especially in upscale societies like Verandas on Golf Course Road, we look at the floor plan first. If the existing layout doesn't support the way a family hosts, we change it. That might mean opening up a living room to the family lounge to create one massive, fluid space.
We love to use dramatic, custom-sized furniture to define these large areas. A 12-foot sofa isn't just big; it's a statement piece that centers the room. We pair these with custom-crafted touches like CNC-routed HDF fluting or leatherette cladding, which adds texture without clutter.
We also pay close attention to the details that go unnoticed until you live in the space. We use auto-sensor LED lighting for bar cabinets, soft-close hardware for seamless functionality, and high-density foam that keeps the sofa shape intact even after years of use. For the finishes, it is always a mix: marble tops, PVD gold metal skirting, and velvets that feel good against the skin.
Ultimately, a living room should handle the mess of life and the excitement of a party equally well. We focus on that balance—high-end materials like Italian marble or quartz paired with a layout that invites people to sit, talk, and stay.
