When I shoot a dish, I use professional softbox lighting to keep textures like melted chocolate or fresh cream looking natural. I bring my own styling kit—including textured backgrounds, plating tools, and glass stones—to ensure we don't waste time figuring out how to make a menu item look as good as it tastes.
Great food photography is about more than just a camera and a plate. It is about understanding the temperature, the lighting, and the mood of the dish. I shoot across Mumbai and Thane, working with bakeries, cafes, and restaurants to create visual assets that actually drive engagement.
