A circular balloon arch is a perfect way to welcome guests. For this event, I created a beautiful pink, purple, and white balloon ring and placed large gold foil "WELCOME" balloons in the center to greet everyone in style.
The same "Happy Birthday" circular backdrop can create a completely different feel with a change in lighting. Here, I used cool purple lighting to give the white, nude, and gold balloon arrangement a stylish and modern evening look.

I build these backdrops using a sturdy circular frame, which keeps the setup clean and stable even in compact indoor venues like home living rooms or private halls. To get the best look, I always suggest adding LED uplights—you can see this in my photos—as they allow us to switch the backdrop's mood from bright and airy during the day to moody and party-ready by the evening without needing to change any decor.

Logistics & Setup
I handle the transport and setup across Mumbai, Thane, and Navi Mumbai.
- Assembly: For these circular setups, I typically need about 90 minutes of lead time at the venue.
- Safety: I use weighted bases for all frames, so you do not need to worry about the decor tipping over, even in busy areas.
- Cleanup: When the party ends, I return to dismantle and clear the structure, so you are left with just the memories and the photos, not a mess to clean up.
