The Valsad Bungalow: A House of Memories
This project was a special collaboration to breathe new life into an 80-year-old bungalow, where the landscape design honors its rich history. I focused on creating a dialogue between the home's brick and reclaimed wood architecture and the garden, designing intimate courtyards and lush passages that feel both timeless and new.
Alibaug Estates: Tropical Sanctuaries
For holiday homes and villas in Alibaug, my focus is on creating immersive, resort-like gardens that serve as a true escape. I design these spaces with sprawling lawns, vibrant seasonal flower beds, meandering pathways, and carefully placed boulders to craft a rich, tropical experience.
Urban Oases: City & Terrace Gardens
I specialize in transforming compact urban areas, including terraces and commercial courtyards, into vibrant green escapes. Using vertical gardens, container planting, and smart design, I create functional and beautiful outdoor living rooms even in the most constrained city spaces.
Rooted in the Land: Native Materials & Natural Trails
My design philosophy is grounded in context, celebrating what is local and natural. I prioritize using regional materials like Jodhpur stone and laterite, and select native plants that thrive in their environment. In places of great natural beauty, I create minimal interventions like simple trails to let the land speak for itself.
