About The Art of the Stain
Achieving that deep, burgundy stain isn't magic, it is just patience and the right paste. I prepare my own organic henna cones from scratch, and I always use a lemon-sugar sealant spray immediately after application. It prevents the henna from flaking off too quickly, which is the secret to getting that dark, long-lasting color you see in these pictures.
I believe mehndi is a form of art and a blessing. My organic henna paste is mixed with care to ensure a deep stain without using any harsh chemicals. Whether you are looking for bold Gulf styles or delicate Arabic trails, the outcome depends heavily on the paste quality and how you manage the aftercare.
To get the best result, I recommend keeping the henna on for at least 6 to 8 hours and avoiding water for the first 24 hours. A little patience after the application goes a long way in getting that rich, dark color that lasts for days. I also carry my own supplies when I travel across Mumbai, so you get the same quality of henna whether you are in Bhiwandi or a different part of the city.
