Immersive FPV Property and Real Estate Tours
Forget standard, jerky drone flyovers. I fly compact Cinewhoop drones right through your front door, down hallways, and out to the balcony in one seamless, high-speed take.
This is a glimpse of a one-take FPV tour inside a massive luxury property. Flying through grand halls and around chandeliers shows how I can navigate complex indoor spaces to create a seamless virtual walkthrough for high-end real estate.
Revealing a hidden gem in the mountains. I started this shot diving through the clouds to slowly unveil this beautiful property nestled in the forest. It’s a great way to build suspense for a real estate or hospitality film.
About Immersive Property & Real Estate Tours
I use sub-250g Cinewhoop drones equipped with ducted propellers for these shoots, which means I can fly through narrow doorways, around furniture, and close to delicate interior decor without leaving a single scratch. This is how I achieve that flowing, cinematic movement that standard camera drones just cannot replicate in tight spaces.
How My One-Take Tours Work
Traditional drone footage feels distant, but my FPV tours are designed to make the viewer feel like they are physically walking through your space. I fly a continuous, uninterrupted sequence that connects your outdoor landscapes with your indoor amenities. Whether it is a hotel lobby, a luxury villa, or a resort, the goal is to show the actual flow of the property.
The Gear & Safety
Safety is the priority when flying indoors. My Cinewhoop drones are lightweight and fully ducted, allowing for safe close-proximity flight around people and expensive furnishings. I shoot in 4K at 60fps, which gives me the flexibility to slow down the footage in post-production for smooth, stabilized pans that look professional and high-end.
What You Get
- The Master Shot: A seamless 60 to 90-second flight that captures the essence of your property in one take.
- Social Media Ready: Two vertical (9:16) edits optimized for Instagram and YouTube Shorts.
- Post-Production: I handle the stabilization using professional software like ReelSteady or Gyroflow and add high-end color grading to ensure the interiors look vibrant and inviting.
I typically require about 4 to 6 hours on-site to scout the property, plan the flight path, and record multiple takes to get the timing perfect. If you have a specific flow you want to highlight, let me know, and I will build the flight choreography around it.
