About Your Soap, Your Way
When we decide to make your custom batch, the first thing to know is that patience is part of the recipe. Because I use the traditional cold process method, every soap loaf requires a mandatory 4 to 6 week curing period. This time is non-negotiable, but it ensures you receive a hard, long-lasting, and truly gentle bar that respects your skin barrier rather than drying it out.
How We Build Your Soap
Creating a custom soap loaf is a collaborative process. We start by discussing what your skin needs right now. If you are dealing with dryness, we might look at a high-fat recipe with Shea butter or a creamy Goat milk base. If you prefer a vegan option, I frequently work with fresh homemade Coconut milk or Oat milk.
The Ingredients I am strict about using only natural ingredients. You will never find artificial colors or synthetic fragrances in my studio. Instead, I use clays, botanicals, and 100% pure essential oil blends to provide scent and texture. Every loaf is entirely palm-oil free, as I prefer to keep my processes environmentally conscious.
The Process Once we finalize the formula—including any allergens you need to avoid, like nuts or specific oils—I mix the batch using the cold process method. This is slow work, but it preserves the integrity of the natural oils. After pouring, the soap stays in my humidity-controlled environment for that 4 to 6-week cure. This removes excess water and makes the bars last longer in your shower.
The Final Touch When your batch is ready, I hand-cut the loaf into roughly 8 to 10 standard bars. Each one is wrapped in my signature eco-friendly 'Soap Tuxedo' paper, so they arrive plastic-free and ready for use. Whether you are ordering for your own vanity or as a gift, you are getting a fresh, intentional product made specifically for you.
