About Behind the Scenes: The Personal Touch
I don’t just show up to apply makeup. Whether it is adjusting the perfect dupatta drape or calming pre-wedding nerves with a steady hand, my process is entirely hands-on. I treat every getting-ready session as a personal collaboration, ensuring that the environment is as relaxed as the final look is polished.
My Approach to Your Big Day
When I work with a bride, the focus isn't just on the product. It is on the psychology of the chair. My goal is to create a space where you feel completely at ease before you walk out the door.
The Technical Process
- Skin Prep: Every look starts with a luxury CTM routine. I don't just put foundation on; I prepare the canvas based on your skin type, whether you are dealing with texture or just need extra hydration.
- Blending: As I always tell my students, if you can see a line, it isn't finished. I work in layers, blending products into the skin until the makeup feels like a second layer rather than a mask.
- Precision: From 3D mink lashes to double-dupatta settings, I handle the execution personally. My role is to ensure that when the photographer's flash hits your face, the makeup doesn't flashback or look cakey.
Why the Environment Matters
Whether you are at my Goregaon studio or I am traveling to your venue, I bring the same level of discipline. Weddings are high-pressure environments, and my job is to be the calm voice in the room. I keep the workflow tight so you can enjoy the final hours of being a 'bride-to-be' without worrying about the clock.
My team at Glam Me Pretty is trained to support this flow, but I personally manage the final touches. This ensures that the look we discussed in our trial is exactly what you get on the wedding day.
